Clarissa Benzing
Owner of Yoga Kinship, Teacher/ Facilitator
A dedicated U.S. Navy veteran and yoga enthusiast since 2000. She has used yoga as a vital support throughout her military service, pre-natal/post-natal phases, and chronic back pain. Since 2012, Clarissa has been making yoga accessible to people of all ages and body types. Her journey led her to acquire an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and complete internships to integrate yoga into rehabilitative practices and lifestyle choices. With a focus on mind-body connection, she obtained extensive training in classical yoga philosophy and meditation. Additionally, Clarissa pursued specialized trauma-sensitive training to provide a safe space for individuals in high-stress environments. Her teaching style is supportive, encouraging, and aims to facilitate healing and recovery. Join Clarissa on a transformative path of mindfulness movement and reconnect with your well-being.

Tania Palacios
Teacher/ Facilitator
Tania is a certified RYT500, Yoga Therapist in training and a Trauma Informed Educator specializing in intuitive and mindful movement as well as somatic therapies to optimize self awareness via nervous system regulation. Also, as a counselor and a Life MAP Coach , Tania is dedicated to providing integrative care, laying a foundation for clients to design sustainable lives based on purpose , alignment with values and skills and deepening one’s ability to manage life’s ebbs and flows with intention and confidence.
