Moving with awareness of our Mind, Body, and Spirit. We come to these practices with present moment awareness without judgement. This allows for participants to practice agency in their own space for transitions, exploration and, creativity.

Collaborative Holistic Approach

Every member of our team has personal experience and/or a Health Science background which makes their collaborative approach, working alongside counselors and therapists creating a holistic support system for clients. Integrating yoga with traditional therapeutic methods for a comprehensive and well- rounded recovery experience.

The Heart Of Yoga Kinship

Meet Clarissa!

A dedicated U.S. Navy veteran and yoga enthusiast since 2000. She has used yoga as a vital support throughout her military service, pre-natal/post-natal phases, and chronic back pain. Since 2012, Clarissa has been making yoga accessible to people of all ages and bodies. Her journey led her to acquire an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and complete internships to integrate yoga into rehabilitative practices and lifestyle choices. With a focus on mind-body connection, she obtained extensive training in classical yoga philosophy and meditation. Additionally, Clarissa pursued specialized trauma-sensitive training to provide a safe space for individuals in high-stress environments. Her teaching style is supportive, encouraging, and aims to facilitate healing and recovery. Join Clarissa on a transformative path of mindfulness movement and reconnect with your well-being.
